The Coffeyville Community Enhancement Foundation conducted a special meeting Tuesday night at City Hall following the Coffeyville City Commission meeting.
City commissioners serve as the members of the CCEF.
The foundation discussed Resolution No. R-10-01 – A resolution to approve a grant agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for infrastructure construction.
City Manager Jeff Morris assured the foundation that the HUD grant was not for housing of any kind, but rather for infrastructure in particular areas of the city.
The foundation approved the resolution on a 4-1 vote with Jim C. Taylor, Sr., being the dissenting vote.
